Junior Key Account & Digital Growth Executive

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to support our growing portfolio of business clients.

This is not a pure sales position and not a pure digital marketing position.

The role combines:

Key Account Management + Digital Marketing + E-Commerce + Lead Management + AI-assisted Digital Growth

You will work closely with Appewise and our clients to ensure that customer requirements, marketing activities and digital growth initiatives are properly coordinated and followed up.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Key Account Management

  • Communicate with assigned customers through WhatsApp, email and other channels.
  • Understand and record customer requirements.
  • Follow up on customer requests, quotations, campaigns and pending tasks.
  • Maintain customer records and meeting notes.
  • Coordinate customer requirements with the internal Appewise team.
  • Ensure important customer follow-ups are not missed.

Digital Marketing

  • Assist with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google marketing activities.
  • Coordinate digital campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain content and campaign schedules.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors and other resources.
  • Assist in preparing digital marketing content.
  • Monitor basic marketing performance and campaign results.

E-Commerce & Digital Commerce

  • Assist with website and e-commerce operations.
  • Maintain product information, pricing and promotions.
  • Assist with Shopee, Lazada and other online sales channels.
  • Monitor online enquiries and orders.
  • Coordinate order-related issues.
  • Assist in preparing e-commerce reports.

Lead Management

  • Collect and organise leads from WhatsApp, Facebook, Google, websites and other channels.
  • Maintain lead records and customer status.
  • Follow up on outstanding enquiries.
  • Track leads from enquiry to quotation and order.
  • Prepare basic weekly and monthly lead reports.

AI & Digital Tools

Appewise encourages the use of modern AI and digital tools to improve productivity.

You may work with:
